What makes our carers so special?
At Signet Healthcare Ltd, we aim to provide care that is tailored to the needs of our client. We do so to ensure our clients get the best possible care and feel safe in their own home.
We endeavour to recruit candidates that are caring, understanding and reliable.
With Signet Healthcare Ltd you can be assured, that all our carers are subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). They are trained rigorously and continually over the course of their employment.
Our services are regulated by the care industry’s regulatory bodies, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW).
This ensures that both our business and our carers, work to the highest possible standards.
Training & Development
We put each carer through our training programme before they start to work, even if they have previous qualifications or experience in care.
At Signet Healthcare Ltd, we take training seriously!
We are committed to providing timely, appropriate and accessible education, learning and development opportunities. Our carer’s are trained both externally and in-house, to build on their skills. We offer our own bespoke training programme to ensure that our carer’s skills are continually developing.
All our carer’s are supported to complete both the Care Certificate and CPD Accredited Health & Social Care courses.
We select the best carers to ensure they are representative of our client base. We encourage everyone to sign up to the Social Care Commitment and commit to all codes and standards applicable to their role.
At Signet Healthcare Ltd, we speak your language!
Our carers come from various cultural backgrounds and speak a plethora of languages. This means our carers are able not only to communicate with a wider range of clients, but to understand and cater to different religious & cultural needs.
