All of our carers – along with all of our services – are regulated by the care industry’s regulatory bodies, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW).
This ensures that both our business and our carers, work to the highest possible standard.
Training & Development
We put each of our carers through our training programme before they start work, even if they have previous qualifications or experience in care.

We are committed to providing timely, appropriate and accessible education, learning and development opportunities. Our carer’s are trained both externally and in-house, to build on their skills. We offer our own bespoke training programme to ensure that our carer’s skills are continually developing.
All our carer’s are supported to complete both the Care Certificate and CPD Accredited Health & Social Care courses.
We select the best carers and ensure they are representative of our clients. We encourage everyone to sign up to the Social Care Commitment and commit to all codes, standards applicable to their role.
