With Signet Healthcare Ltd you can be assured, that all our care workers are subject to a criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). They are trained rigorously and continually over the course of their employment.
Our services are regulated by the care industry’s regulatory bodies, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW).
Training & Development
We put each care worker through our training programme before they start to work, even if they have previous qualifications or experience in care.

We are committed to providing timely, appropriate and accessible education, learning and development opportunities. Our care workers are trained both externally and in-house, to build on their skills. We offer our own bespoke training programme to ensure that our carer skills are continually developing.
Our carers are supported to complete both the Care Certificate and CPD Accredited Health & Social Care courses.
We try to select care workers that are representative of our client base. We encourage workers to sign up to the Social Care Commitment and commit to standards applicable to their role.
